Step 1: Pre-requisites
Create a Workflow
Go to the Workflow section in Pest AI and create a new workflow.
Add Action:
Select the "Update Conversation AI Bot and Status" action.
Choose the bot you want to manage.
Set the bot's status to Inactive.
Publish the Workflow:
Save and publish the workflow to apply the changes.
Apply to All Contacts:
Navigate to the Smartlist page.
Select all contacts and assign them to this workflow.
This ensures the Conversation AI bot is initially inactive for all contacts.
Step 2: Automate Bot Activation Based on Payment
Trigger the Workflow:
Set the trigger to Payment Received so the workflow starts when a payment is confirmed.
Action:
Add the "Update Conversation AI Bot and Status" action again.
Set the bot's status to Active for the contacts who have made a payment.
