To clear a contact field within a workflow, use the 'Update Contact Field' action. Select the contact field you wish to clear and apply the appropriate filter. Once the workflow runs, the content of the selected field will be deleted and left empty.
Use this function with caution, as clearing a contact field can result in the loss of important information. It's recommended to use this feature only when necessary and to ensure you have a backup of the data before clearing any contact field.
It's important to note that the clear field data feature currently only supports Contact Custom Fields. This means you can only clear custom fields you've created for your contacts, not standard fields like first name, last name, or email.
