How to Successfully Delete Contacts in Pest AI

This guide will walk you through the process of deleting contacts or multiple contacts from your list, helping you keep only the most relevant and valuable connections. Whether you're cleaning up your database or removing outdated information, follow these simple steps to efficiently manage your contacts in Pest AI .

1. Start navigating by clicking on the 'Contacts' menu.

Begin by clicking on the 'Contacts' menu located in your Pest AI dashboard. This is your gateway to all contact management features.

1 To commence, click on "Contacts".

2.Choose the contact you wish to delete by ticking the checkbox next to it.

Browse through your list of contacts and select the ones you wish to delete by ticking the checkbox next to each contact’s name. Be cautious in making your selections to avoid accidental deletions.

2 Afterwards, click on the element.

3. Remember, you can choose multiple contacts for deletion.

If you need to delete multiple contacts, continue ticking each respective checkbox. This option is useful for major list clean-ups or removing a group of contacts that no longer fit your criteria.

4. Or simply select all available contacts by clicking the 'Select All' checkbox

For an even faster approach, you can opt to select all contacts currently displayed by clicking the 'Select All' checkbox. This action is helpful when you're looking to completely refresh your contact list or remove an entire segment.

5. Proceed with removal by hitting the 'Trash' icon for deletion.

Once you've made your selections, proceed by clicking the 'Trash' icon. This action signals the platform that you intend to delete the selected contacts.

6. After, type the word "DELETE" to confirm
