1. If you receive this warning, please do an email verification. To protect your email reputation, our system has automatically disabled your domain due to your increased bounce rate.
2. We advise you to not send bulk communication or cold email campaigns until this issue is resolved.
3. To fix this, clean up your contact list to eliminate any addresses that are invalid or nonexistent. You can do this with Email Validation.
4. Go to "Contacts".
5. Then select a contact.
6. Or select all contacts on the current page.
7. Or select all contacts in the system.
8. Click on "Email Verification.".
9. Add an action name for easy tracking.
10. After, click on "Confirm".
11. You can check the status in the bulk actions tab
12. We can enable automatic email verification. This will verify the email address before sending an email.
13. To do so go to settings
14. Under business profile, locate the General tab.
15. Then, enable "validate phone numbers when the first SMS is sent to a new contact." This is to prevent email bounce in the future

Not following the recommended remediation measures may result in restrictions on email capabilities for this location. Please note if your hard bounce rates continue to deteriorate, this account may get blocked. In this event, an agency user can unblock by enabling the email validation feature.
