Conversation AI: Audit, Review, and Edit Crawled Website Data

Introduction

We’ve introduced a new feature in Pest AI that simplifies reviewing and editing the data scraped from websites during Bot Training. This update enhances your ability to refine the collected content and ensures that the bot is trained with the most accurate and relevant information.

How It Works

1. Access Bot Training:
   Go to the Bot Training tab in Pest AI.

2. Review Scraped Data:
   In the Uploaded Links Table, you will see a document icon next to each website URL. Click on this icon to open a modal displaying all the scraped content from that website.

3. Edit Content:
   Inside the modal, you can directly edit the scraped data within the provided text box. Update or correct any information as needed.

4. Save Changes:
   Once your edits are made, save the changes. The bot will be retrained using the updated content.

5. Edited Data Tagging:
   Edited content will be marked as "Edited" to indicate that changes have been made after the initial scraping.

Note:

Refreshing the website will revert the content to the original data pulled from the site, so be sure to save any changes before doing so.
