Why is this feature important?

This was one of the most asked Integration features on Canny, with 800+ votes. This feature will enable customers across a spectrum of use-cases - SMBs managing multiple outlets, to influencers managing multiple fan pages.

1. Begin by navigating to the settings.

2. Next, access the 'Integrations' section.

3. Now, choose which pages to integrate.

4. A menu will then open for detailed selections.

5. Select Facebook and Instagram pages you wish to integrate on the account.

6. Proceed to set up the lead synchronization options.

7. Confirm the settings by clicking 'Update'.

8. Check that the correct pages are displayed post-update.

9. Move on to establish field mappings.

10. Alternatively, decide to configure field mappings later.

11. Finally, utilize the connected pages in your workflows using the facebook lead form submitted.
