5. If it's an SMS, select 'Add Text Template'.

6. Specify the name of your new template.
Enter a name for your new SMS template in the space provided to easily identify it later.

7. Next, enter the content for your message.
Craft the content of your SMS in the designated text area. Ensure it is clear and concise.

8. You can also attach a file if necessary.
If necessary, attach any relevant files that need to be included in the SMS.

9.Before sending the template, opt to preview it.

10.Input a phone number for testing the SMS.
Opt to preview the template by inputting a test phone number and clicking 'Send test' to see how the SMS would appear to the recipient.

11. Press 'Send test' to confirm template contents.

12. Remember to save your finalized SMS template.

13. To add an email template, click on 'Add Template' again.

14. Enter the template name and email subject line.
Specify the template name and provide a subject line for the email, which will help receivers understand the email’s purpose.

15. Proceed to craft the body of your email.
Write the body of your email ensuring that it communicates the intended message effectively.

16. Click here to add an attachment.

17. Fill in sender and recipient information accordingly.
For testing purposes, fill in the sender and recipient information, then send a test email to ensure everything appears as expected.

18. Finally, click 'send' to launch your test email.

19. Remember to click "Save."

Newly created templates will be available in the 'Templates' section where you can edit or delete them as necessary.
