How to Manually Add and Customize Contact Profiles in Pest AI

This guide is designed to help you navigate through the Contacts section, effectively use the Smart Lists feature, and personalize each contact's information and communication preferences. Whether you’re looking to update logos, enter detailed contact information, or set Do Not Disturb options for various communication channels, follow these step-by-step instructions to manage your contacts efficiently.

1. Kick-start by heading to the Contacts section.

1 Click here.

2. Move to the Smart Lists subsection located in the menu.

In the menu, locate and select the Smart Lists subsection to manage your contacts more effectively.

2 After, click on "Smart Lists".

3. To add a new member, hit the Add Contact button.

3 Next up, click on "Add Contact".

4. To customize your logo, press the Change button.

To personalize your contact’s profile, click the Change button to customize the logo.

4 After that, click on "Change".

5. Then, input the name for the new contact.

5 Afterwards, click here.

6. Then, input the last name for the new contact.

6 Click here.

7. Next, enter the email address in this field.

Type in the contact first email address. This will be their primary mode of electronic communication.

7 Click on the element.

8. Click here to add another email address.

If the contact has a second email address, click Add Email to register it.

8 Click on "Add email".

9. Enter the contact number in this field.

9 Following that, click on the element.

10. For an alternate contact detail, start here.

10 Click on "Add Phone Numbers".

11. Remember to choose the contact respective Timezone.

11 Following that, click on "Lead".

12. Categorize your contact by choosing the appropriate contact type.

13. Choose the channel you want to enable Do Not Disturb from the options provided.

Activate Do Not Disturb for Emails if you wish to omit email alerts for this contact.
Activate Do Not Disturb for Text Messages to prevent any text message notifications.
Select DND for Calls and Voicemails if you prefer to avoid voice communication alerts.
For complete silence, choose DND for all channels to cease contact through all communication platforms.
Toggle on the DND option specifically for Inbound Calls and SMS to manage incoming communications.

13 After, click on "DND all channels".

14. Last but not least, click on "Save".
