The Product Access Removed Workflow Trigger allows you to build a workflow that will trigger whenever a contact's access to your membership products has been removed. The contact who received access to your applicable membership products will be added to the workflow when access has been removed. This article will give an overview of how to build a workflow using the Product Access Removed Workflow Trigger.
Note that this article will assume that you have already built Membership Products. For an overview of how to create Membership Products, see our article “How to Create and Edit Categories in Memberships”
1. First, click on "Automation."

2. Once that's done, click on "Create Workflow."

3. After that, click here to proceed.

4. Once that's done, click here to add new trigger.

5. Click here to search "Offer Access Removed."

6. Then, click on "Offer Access Removed."

7. Click here to rename your workflow.

8. Click on "Add filters."

9. Click on "Select" to open the sub-menu.

10. Now, click on "Offer."

11. After, click on "Select."

12. Click here to select an operator.

13. Then, click on "Save Trigger."

14. Next up, click on "Test Workflow" to see if it works.

15. Click here to open the sub-menu of contacts.

16. Click here to select a contact to test.

17. Click "Run Test" if everything is set.

18. Toggle here to choose between "Draft or Publish."

19. And lastly, click "Saved."
