2. To begin, click on "Reputation".

3. Click on "Settings" to access the options.

4. Next, click "Auto Responses".

5. Set a 'wait time' for the AI response.

6. Click here to create a new agent

7. You can either select a template or create one from scratch.

8. Next up, click on "Proceed" to continue.

9. You can update the agent name here if needed.

10. Add agent instructions in the provided space.

11. Select up to 2 tones for your agent's responses.

12. Choose whether the agent's language is dynamic or fixed.
If set to 'Dynamic', the reply language will match the language of the review comment, with the selected language serving as a fallback. If set to 'Static', all replies will be in the selected language.

13. Select a language for the agent's communication.

14. Choose the review source for your agent.

15. Pick a review type that suits your needs.

16. You can add a footer message to the agent's responses.

17. Preview how the AI agent will respond here.

18. Click "Generate" to see a sample response from the AI.

19. Click on "Save" to finalize your settings.

20. The AI agent has been successfully added!

21. Click the three dots for additional actions available.

22. Select an action to edit, clone, enable/disable, or delete your AI.
