How to Add a Terms & Conditions (T&C) Element to Your Form

2. Click on "Sites" to begin your journey.

3. Select "Forms" from the menu options.

4. Hit the "Add Form" button to proceed.

5. Choose to start from scratch or pick a template.

6. Click on "Create" to finalize your form setup.

7. Press the + button to add a new element.

8. Drag and drop the T & C element onto your form.

• Locate the Terms and Conditions field within the form builder options. Simply click and drag the element to the desired position within your form.

9. Click here to edit the successfully added element.

10. Edit the T & C element in this section.

11. Finally, click "Save" to complete your changes.

Note: If you add a phone field to your form, the Terms and Conditions field will be automatically added, simplifying the process and ensuring that legal consent is obtained when collecting phone information.

Updated Terms and Conditions: The default terms and conditions have been revised when a phone element is added.

Compliant Message: The default message now asks for user-specific consent for using their contact number and complies with A2P regulations.

New Text Elements: Separate text elements containing links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service will now be automatically included when a phone element is added to the Form/Survey Builder.
