2. To commence, click on "Sites."

4. Navigate to the form, then click the three dots.

5. Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu.

6. Click the notifications bell to continue.

7. Enable email notifications for form submissions.

8. Update the email subject as needed.

9. Add the recipient's email address here.

10. Enter a reply-to email address if desired.

11. Add a sender name if necessary.

12. Next up, click on "Save."

13. Once done creating your forms, don't forget to save.
