In this section, you can sort your messages by Unread, Recents, Starred, and All conversations using filters.

As a business owner, it's crucial to manage communication with clients and prospects effectively. Sifting through a cluttered inbox can be time-consuming. Messaging Inbox Filters simplify this task.

1. Begin by clicking on the 'Conversations' section to start.

2. Choose 'Unread' tab to view new messages.

View all unread messages to prioritize urgent communications.

3. Next, switch to the 'Recents' tab to review recent activity.

See messages in chronological order to keep track of recent conversations.

4. Then, select 'Starred' to prioritize important messages.

Mark and view important messages for follow-up.

5. Finally, click on 'All' to display all conversations.
