Hover over a message to reveal the three-dot menu.
A popup window will appear showing various details of the message.
You can see the sender and receiver information, and identify whether the message is inbound or outbound.
The details also include the date and time of the message.
Additionally, any automations that triggered the message, such as workflows, triggers, campaigns, or bulk actions, will be linked in the popup.
Using this feature allows you to better manage your conversations and gain a deeper understanding of the origin and flow of specific messages.
