1. Begin by clicking Settings to access the settings panel.

1 Click on "Settings".

2. Next, proceed by selecting Reputation Management from the menu.

2 Click on "Reputation Management".

3. Now, scroll to find and access the SMS Review Requests section.

3 Once that's done, click on "SMS Review Requests".

4. Activate SMS Review Requests by toggling the switch to 'On'.

4 Click here.

5. Similarly, toggle the switch on to enable image request features.

5 Then, click here.

6. Then, upload any necessary files by clicking the upload area.

6 Now, click here.

7. Type your message for the SMS in the designated text area.

7 Click on the element.

8. Choose the timing for sending the SMS post check-in.

8 Click on "Immediately".

9. If a custom time is necessary, input the duration now.

9 Click on the element.

10. Moving forward, set the repetition interval for this process.

10 Afterwards, click on "Until clicked, repeat this every".

11. Choose the specific cycle for repetition or set it to 'Do not repeat'.

11 Once that's done, click on "Don't Repeat".

12. If choosing a custom interval, specify the number of days or hours.

12 Afterwards, click on the element.

13. Input the maximum number of retry attempts in this step.

13 Following that, click here.

14. Finally, ensure all settings are correct and click Save to apply changes.

14 Click on "Save".
