Inbound Call Routing- Assigning Staff Members To Receive Inbound Calls in Pest AI
If you would like another staff member, such as your sales person to receive incoming calls from clients or leads in Pest AI please follow the steps below to set this up:
1. To start, click on "Settings".
2. Afterwards, click on "My Staff".
3. Click here to edit
4. Click on "Call & Voicemail Settings".
5. Select the option under ‘Inbound Twilio Number’ for calls to be forwarded to this user.
