Changing the Status of a Deal

Easily update the status of your sales opportunities in Pest AI, keeping your pipeline current and focused.

1. Click on 'Opportunities' to start exploring your options.

1 First off, click on the element.

2. Next, choose any of the displayed cards to proceed.

2 Afterwards, click on the element.

3. In this form, check the current opportunity statuses.

3 Click here.

4. Now, select a status from the options provided.

4 Once that's done, click on "Lost".

5. Then, press 'Update' to save your changes.

5 After, click on "Update".

6. Finally, click here to close and exit.
