What’s the difference between one-way, two-way, and smart sync?
One-Way:
Events from Google Calendar will appear in grey, and they won’t create new contacts in the CRM. However, appointments from the CRM will sync to Google Calendar and block out the time.
Two-Way:
Events from Google Calendar will be color-coded, and the CRM will interact with them. It will create contact records for people invited to Google events and trigger any associated actions.
Smart Sync:
If an event is created in Google Calendar and the associated contacts are not in the CRM, the event will appear in grey and block the time but won’t create new contacts. If the contacts are already in the CRM, the event will be color-coded, and any related actions will be triggered.
