For example, you should be notified when a two-step order form is submitted, an appointment is booked, or a contact unsubscribes from your communication. These are just a few examples of the many trigger actions for which you can create email or SMS notifications.
Navigate to Workflows
Create a new workflow
Add your desired trigger action and add a filter (optional)
Add the Internal Notification action. Here you can send an Email or SMS to yourself or someone else as a notification when the action from Part 1 occurs.
Fill out the data
Save and publish the workflow
The example below shows an internal notification action that will send an email to the assigned user when a particular form is submitted.
Note: You can use custom values to populate the data of your lead. The Contact tab custom values will populate your lead's information. The User tab will populate your information or the one of the users assigned.
