How to Integrate TikTok with Pest AI for Lead Generation and Social Planning

Step 1: Authenticate TikTok as a Business Account

1. Navigate to Integrations

   • Go to the Integrations section in Pest AI.

   • Find the Connect button within the TikTok section.

     

2. Log in to TikTok for Business

   • A new window will appear for you to log in to your TikTok for Business account.

   • Once logged in, confirm permissions to allow Pest AI to perform Creative and Lead Management

     

3. Select Advertiser Account

   • Choose the desired Advertiser Account from the window (if you only have one Advertiser Account, this will be the default).

   • Once the window closes, your account is integrated.

     

Step 2: Set Up Pest AI to Capture Your TikTok Leads

1. Navigate to TikTok Form Fields Mapping

   • Head to the TikTok Form Fields Mapping in the Integrations navigation bar.

   • You will see existing pages and forms created inside your TikTok.

2. Map Instant Page Fields

   • Click on Map Fields to map instant page fields with Pest AI’s custom fields feature to ensure contact information is correctly captured.

   • Note: If you add new questions to a Lead Ad form during a live campaign, return to the TikTok Form Fields Mapping tab to update the form and track responses. Click ‘Edit fields’ on the relevant form.

3. Subscribe to Specific Pages

   • Subscribe to pages that attract leads relevant to your business niche based on the TikTok Algorithm.

   • Leads from TikTok will start appearing in a smartlist within your Contacts section.

Connecting a Standard Account to the Social Planner

1. Navigate to Marketing > Social Planner

   • Select the TikTok integration to get started.

     

2. Select Account Type

   • Choose the account type you want to integrate with. (Only Individual accounts are supported at this time).

     

3. Log in to Your Account

   • Log in to your TikTok account to connect.

     

4. Select Profile

   • After connecting your account, select the profile you want to connect.

Pro Tips

• Use the following custom fields in TikTok Lead ads within Pest AI: Text, Large Text, Numerical, Phone, Monetary, Single Options, and Date.

• If you encounter the message “No pages for this account,” ensure you have created an instant form in your TikTok account.

• If your Access Token expires, disconnect and reintegrate the TikTok account to refresh the Access Token.

• You can change your Advertiser Account at any time by visiting the Integrations tab to make changes.
