How to add e-signatures in forms and surveys in Pest AI
Easily capture digital signatures from leads and clients by adding the Signature custom field to your forms and surveys. Perfect for approvals, agreements, and more—no extra tools needed.
1. To start off, click on Sites.
2. Under Forms, click on "Builder."
3. Select the form you want to edit.
4. Drag the Signature Field to your Form.
5. Edit the field details as needed.
6. To finish, click Save to apply changes.
7. To Access the Signatures
Navigate to your Contacts/Smart Lists.
Click into a Contact Record.
Under “Additional Info” you’ll see their signature, captured from a form or survey.
