Understanding Opportunities in Your CRM

The 'Opportunities' tab is crafted to streamline the management and organization of new business opportunities. Integrating these opportunities into pipelines enables straightforward tracking of their advancement through the sales cycle, significantly enhancing the efficiency of your sales process.

Note: If you haven't configured "Pipelines" yet, you have the option to create them in the settings section or seek help from your CRM administrator.

1. Please click on the 'Opportunities' button.

2. You are now in the 'Opportunities' section.

3. Take a moment to review your promotional pipeline.

4. Use the bar to search for specific opportunities.

5. Please click the 'Sort By' button to arrange your opportunities.

6. Optimize your search results by applying filters.

7. Create a new opportunity by clicking the 'Opportunity' button.

8. Fill out details of your new opportunity.

9. Please review the 'Pipelines' section.

10. Add a new pipeline by clicking 'Create new pipeline'.

11. Fill out the pipeline details and hit 'Cancel' or 'Save' if needed.
