There are a few prerequisites for making your Affiliate Manager Campaign Life. Be sure to do the following:
Add and Upload Affiliates to the Affiliate Manager
Enable Stripe Connect (Settings > Integrations > Stripe Connect)
Create an Affiliate campaign with the following: funnel/website, products that you want the commission split on, percentage of commission, frequency of payout, list of affiliates, and cookie life
These are the steps to creating and using the Affiliate Manager feature (each covered thoroughly in a separate guide).
Pro Tips:
After the affiliate campaign is created and is live/published, each enrolled affiliate will receive a unique affiliate link that they can share with their network.
Check the ‘Payout-Pending’ tab to see commissions and payouts (updates on the 1st of the following month from when a customer signs up using an affiliate link).
An affiliate owner can view generated payouts and determine whether to approve or deny each payout.
After payment is approved, the affiliate owner must export the list and upload it to their payment gateway to make payment(s) manually. Then, the recorded payment needs to be updated to a status of ‘Paid’ in the Affiliate manager.
If you need to add sales to an Affiliate manually, you can follow the steps below:
Go to the Affiliate Manager and navigate to the Affiliates screen.
Click on the three dots located on the right side and select "Add Manual Sales."
A pop-up will appear, requesting the customer's email. Enter the email of the customer that the affiliate referred.
Next, enter the Campaign Name whose configuration you wish to apply to that customer
All transactions made by the customer will be displayed, allowing you to select the ones you want to attribute to the chosen affiliate.
The affiliates can use and download the marketing media uploaded in the ‘Media’ under the Affiliates Manager.
Go to the Affiliate Manager and navigate to the Media screen.
Click on Add File
You will be directed to the Template Library to either choose the existing files/folder or upload new media
Once the selection is made, the chosen files and folders will reflect on the Media screen and also on the Client Portal screen.

Affiliate commission is tracked via a sale happening first in Stripe. The system does not currently track refunds for One-time products or Subscriptions.
For subscription cancellations, the Affiliate Manager administrator can choose to pay 15, 30 or 60 days after the sale has occurred. This allows for sufficient time for the administrator to deny commission if the subscription gets canceled. Once canceled the lead will move into the churned category and can later be re-activated by initiating another checkout or enrolling them again in Stripe.
The affiliate commission can be one-time or recurring depending on the Stripe product being sold.
Payments are either a manual process that would need to be done by the Affiliate Manager Administrator or you can now also pay your Affiliates using Paypal Auto Payouts please see the article titled “How to pay your Affiliates using Paypal Auto Payouts”
If a coupon is used during check-out, the discount value is considered revenue, and the commission is calculated off that discounted value
You can set up an Affiliate Manager workflow to automate the process.
The email goes out to the email address of the Affiliate once a campaign is live. The other way to pull the affiliate link is to go to the Affiliate -> Click on the Affiliate in question-> Click on the campaign dropdown -> Select the campaign -> You'll find the link to the right of the campaign. You can also export the affiliates and get the affiliate links for all the affiliates.
They can't; as there is no affiliate view, a workaround would be to add them as users in an account.
Affiliates can not perform any action on the Affiliate Manager as of now.
Not possible at this moment.
If a coupon is used during check-out, the discount value is considered revenue, and the commission is calculated off that discounted value.
