To enable WhatsApp on your chat widget, follow these steps:
Navigate to Chat Widget Settings:
Go to FIOHS platform and navigate to the "Sites" section.
Access your chat widget option

Select WhatsApp Chat Type:
Click on New and under the "Chat Type" options, select "WhatsApp Chat."
This option will change the chat type from live or SMS to WhatsApp, indicated by the chat widget turning green.
Save Your Changes:
After selecting WhatsApp, save your changes to ensure the configuration is applied.
In addition to selecting WhatsApp as your chat type, you need to configure which WhatsApp number will be used by the chat widget:
Access Widget Window Settings:
Within the chat widget settings, scroll down to the "Widget Window" section.
Select Your WhatsApp Number:
Choose the WhatsApp number you wish to use for the chat widget from the list.
Save your selection to finalize the setup.
Once these settings are configured, any visitor who fills out their name, phone number, and message in the chat widget and clicks "Chat with Us" will be redirected to WhatsApp. This integration is particularly beneficial for users in international regions or those who frequently use WhatsApp for communication.
