The option to send the payment update link is available through the quick action menu on the subscription list page and the Actions section on the subscription detail page. Business users can email the link directly to the customer or copy it to send through other communication channels. These one-time-use links are valid for 30 days. Customers simply click the link to view and update their subscription details, and upon updating, the new payment method will be charged starting from the next billing cycle. Business users can generate multiple links and deactivate all outstanding links directly from the subscriptions page for any given subscription.
Navigate to Subscriptions:
Go to the subscription list page in the payments tab.
Send the Update Link:
From the quick action menu or the Actions section, select the option to send a payment update link.
Choose to either email the link directly or copy it to send through another method.
Customer Updates Payment Method:
The customer receives the link, clicks on it, and updates their payment method.
The new payment method will be used for future subscription charges.
Manage Links:
Generate additional links as needed.
Deactivate any outstanding links from the subscriptions page if necessary.
Convenient Link Sharing: Business users can now send customers a link to update their payment method for ongoing subscriptions.
Easy Card Updates: Customers can easily update the card on file used for their subscription charges.

Customer Support: Offer customer support contact information in case customers encounter issues while updating their payment method.
