Click into the Conversations tab to view your Conversations.

At the top, you can toggle between “Unread”, “Recent”, or “All”.
Use the filter icon to filter through “All” or “My” chats (if you are a main user on a team, you can view All to see others’ conversations.)
Use the magnifying glass search icon to search for a specific conversation
Using the + icon in the bottom right corner, you can send a new email or SMS communication.
