In this article, you will learn how to use a custom email in your From email address field on a workflow. This will allow you to mask the email address and use another one as the sender's email. There are two options on how to do this from the workflows.
Option 1: Masking your from email address on Workflows Settings
1. Start by clicking 'Automation' in the main menu.
2. Next, click 'Create Workflow' to begin a new setup.
3. Then, select 'Start from Scratch' for a custom workflow.
4. Afterward, switch to the 'Settings' tab.
5. Adjust the 'Sender Details' to fit your needs.
Option 2: Masking your from email address on the from email address field to the Send Email action
6. Proceed by navigating to the 'Builder' tab.
7. Now, click the '+' to add a new action.
8. Choose the 'Send email' option that appears.
9. Enter your preferred sender name.
10. Finally, type in the desired sender email address.
Note: If your leads are not assigned to a user, we will use the email you have under your Business Profile and Business Email field as the sender's email when these settings and fields are empty.
