How to Restore Deleted Workflows
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to the Workflow List Page
Go to the main dashboard and select the "Workflows" section.
Access the "Deleted" Tab
On the Workflow list page, click on the newly added "Deleted" tab to view all deleted workflows.
Select the Workflow to Restore
Browse through the list of deleted workflows and locate the one you want to restore.
Click on the "Restore" button next to the workflow.
Confirm Restoration
After clicking the "Restore" button, the workflow will be moved from the deleted list back to the main workflow list in Draft stage.
Sub-account transfer - Delete workflow change
With the recent update, only deleted workflows from the new sub-account will be displayed to improve workflow management during sub-account transfers, ensuring a cleaner and more accurate workflow management experience. Previously, deleted workflows from the old location appeared in the "Deleted" tab of the new sub-account. This change enhances clarity and reduces confusion during sub-account transfers. To benefit from this update, simply proceed with sub-account transfers as usual, and the system will automatically manage the workflow displays accordingly.
Permissions
Only Sub-account and Agency Admins have permission to use this feature.
The restored workflow will not retain its previous permissions and will be moved to the root level.
Note
Restored workflows will be in the Draft stage upon restoration. Ensure to review and publish them if necessary.
Contacts in the wait step will be removed from the workflow execution upon restoration.
The workflow will retain its original triggers and actions, but any contacts in the workflow when it was deleted will not be restored.
