Utilizing the Form Submission Trigger in Pest AI

Learn to set up and manage the form submission trigger in Pest AI to automate actions immediately after a form is submitted, enhancing efficiency and response time.

1. Please navigate to the 'Automation' section.

1 Click on "Automation".

2. Go ahead and create a new 'Workflow'.

2 Then, click on "Create Workflow".

3. You'll need to select a 'Recipe' next.

3 Next up, click on "Select a Recipe".

4. Press 'Continue' to move forward under 'Start from scratch'.

4 After that, click on "Continue".

5. Add a new trigger to your workflow.

5 After, click on "Add New Trigger".

6. Now, find the trigger you're looking for.

6 Following that, click here.

7. Opt for the ' Form submitted' trigger.

7 Click on "Form submitted".

8. Feel free to add more filters.

8 Click on "Add filters".

9. Now, select more specific options.

9 Click on "Select".

10. Choose the 'Form is' option.

Use this filter to select a form within your CRM. When this form is submitted, it will automatically trigger the workflow.

10 After, click on "Form is".

11. Select 'Form'

11 Click on the element.

12. If done, click 'Save Trigger'.

12 Next up, click on the element.
