Setting Up the Survey Submission Trigger in Pest AI

Activate this trigger to automatically perform actions when a lead completes a survey. Every survey submission will set off the workflow you’ve configured.

To publish workflows in Pest AI, you need to define both a workflow trigger and an action. Without these, you can save your workflow, but you won't be able to publish it.

1. Navigating to the main menu, select 'Automation'.

2. Thereafter, tap on the 'Create Workflow' button.

3. From scratch, start your new creation.

3 Following that, click on "Start from Scratch".

4. Next, incorporate a new trigger to your workflow.

5. Now, seek your specified workflow trigger by using the search bar.

6. Look for 'Survey submitted' within the provided options, and choose it.

6 Afterwards, click on "Survey submitted".

7. Adding filters will help to refine your workflow.

8. From the dropdown list, select 'Disqualified'.

This filter is useful for activating the trigger based on the qualification status of submitted surveys. As shown in the example below, 'Disqualified "Is False"' means the survey is not disqualified (or is considered "Qualified"), whereas 'Disqualified "Is True"' signals that the survey has been disqualified.

Now, input 'Disqualified' to further filter your options.

9. Next, tap 'Survey is' to proceed.

If your system includes multiple surveys, this filter provides a dropdown menu from which you can select the specific survey that, when completed, will activate the trigger.
