How To Use Multiple Triggering Events in Workflows
Using the Workflow builder, there are numerous possibilities to completely customize the triggers and actions for your business needs. Some workflows may be based on one triggering action, while others may be created using several triggers.
1. Click on "Automation".
2. Next, click on "Create Workflow".
3. Click on "Start from Scratch".
4. Click here to add a trigger
5. You can use any workflow trigger. Let's use contact tag for this demo.
6. Click on "Add filters".
7. Select a filter here for your trigger. Let's use tag added for this demo.
8. Select your prefered tag for the trigger filter here.
9. Next, click on add new trigger to add another trigger. You can add more than 2 trigger for your workflow if needed.
10. You can use the same trigger with different filters if needed.
11. Test workflow to check if its working as intended.
