Setting Up Note Changed Triggers in Pest AI

Learn how to configure triggers in Pest AI that respond when modifications are made to notes on contacts, ensuring dynamic updates and interactions are handled efficiently.

1. Initiate creating a workflow by clicking the 'Create Workflow' button.

1 Click on "Create Workflow".

2. Choose 'Start from Scratch' to kickstart your workflow design.

2 Click on "Start from Scratch".

3. Add triggers to your workflow by clicking the 'Add New Trigger' button.

3 Click on "Add New Trigger".

4. Use the search bar for easy navigation and to find your desired workflow trigger.

4 Following that, click here.

5. Select the 'Note Changed' option for setting up your trigger action.

5 Click on "Note Changed".

6. Further refine your trigger settings by clicking 'Add filters'.

6 After that, click on "Add filters".

7. Specify that the filter should exclude tags under 'Doesn't Have Tag'.

This trigger fires only if the contact record does not have any tags, making it specific to untagged contacts.

7 Next up, click on the element.

8. Enhance your filter to include tags under 'Has Tag'.

This trigger activates only if the contact record includes a tag. You can choose the applicable tag from a list of predefined tags you’ve set up.

8 Once that's done, click here.

9. Finally, to finalize your settings, click on the 'Save Trigger' button.
