CRM Action: Create/Update Opportunity feature

Learn how to add new opportunities or update existing ones in your CRM to better track sales progress and manage your pipeline efficiently.

1. To start, select the 'Automation' option.

1 To commence, click on "Automation".

2. Proceed to select 'Create Workflow'.

2 Click on "Create Workflow".

3. From the dropdown options, choose 'Start from Scratch'.

3 Click on "Start from Scratch".

4. To add your first action, click on the plus icon

4 Then, click on the element.

5. Locate the needed action easily by using the search bar.

5 Afterwards, click on the element.

6. Afterward, select 'Create/Update Opportunity'.

This action either creates a new opportunity or updates an existing one within your chosen pipeline.

6 After that, click here.

7. 'Select Pipeline'

Choose the specific pipeline where the opportunity should be placed.

7 Click on "Select Pipeline".

8. 'Select Pipeline Stage'

Designate the particular stage within the pipeline where this opportunity will be located.

8 Click on "Select Pipeline Stage".

9. 'Opportunity Source'

Identify the source from which the opportunity originated.

10 Once that's done, click on the element.

10. 'Lead value'

Enter the monetary value attributed to this lead.

11 Click on "Lead value".

11. Choose the right status by clicking 'Select Status'.

Set the current status of the opportunity (Open, Won, Lost, or Abandoned).

12 Click on "Select Status".

12. Toggle the switch for the next preference.

Activate this option to permit the opportunity to regress to any earlier stage within the selected pipeline.

13 Click on the element.

14 Upload

14. To continue, click on the next switch.

Turn on this feature to enable the creation of duplicate opportunities within the same pipeline.

15 Following that, click on the element.

15. Finally, confirm and save your actions by hitting 'Save Action'.

16 Next, click on "Save Action".
