To publish a workflow, you must configure both a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without these components, you can only save the workflow, not publish it.
1. Click 'Automation'

2. Proceed by creating a new Workflow.

3. Start fresh by choosing 'Start from Scratch' option.

4. Add the necessary action(s) to your Workflow.

5. Locate and select the 'Add To Workflow' option.
This action allows you to transition a contact from the current workflow to another workflow seamlessly.

6. Select your preferred criteria from the drop-down menu.
Select the workflow you wish to add the contact to. You can add the contact to any workflow and repeat this step to include the contact in multiple workflows.

7. Toggle switch to ' Pass Input Trigger Parameters'
Toggle this option to decide whether the input trigger parameters should be passed to the selected workflow.

8. Ensure to save your progress by clicking 'Save Action'.

9. Finally, confirm 'Add to Workflow' to complete the process.
