CRM Action: Utilizing the 'Add to Workflow' in Pest AI

Learn how to use the 'Add to Workflow' action in Pest AI to seamlessly integrate tasks, contacts, and other entities into workflows, enhancing your automation and operational efficiency.

To publish a workflow, you must configure both a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without these components, you can only save the workflow, not publish it.

1. Click 'Automation'

1 First, click on the element.

2. Proceed by creating a new Workflow.

2 Click on "Create Workflow".

3. Start fresh by choosing 'Start from Scratch' option.

3 Click on "Start from Scratch".

4. Add the necessary action(s) to your Workflow.

4 Click on the element.

5. Locate and select the 'Add To Workflow' option.

This action allows you to transition a contact from the current workflow to another workflow seamlessly.

5 Click on "Add To Workflow".

6. Select your preferred criteria from the drop-down menu.

Select the workflow you wish to add the contact to. You can add the contact to any workflow and repeat this step to include the contact in multiple workflows.

6 Click on "Appointment".

7. Toggle switch to ' Pass Input Trigger Parameters'

Toggle this option to decide whether the input trigger parameters should be passed to the selected workflow.

7 Following that, click on the element.

8. Ensure to save your progress by clicking 'Save Action'.

8 Click on "Save Action".

9. Finally, confirm 'Add to Workflow' to complete the process.

9 Next, click on "Add to Workflow".
