Step 1: Access the Email Marketing Section
Log in to your FIOHS platform.
Navigate to the "Email Marketing" section from the main dashboard.
Step 2: Create a Campaign
Click on "Create Campaign" and fill in the necessary details for your email campaign.
Add your content, ensuring that you include an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
Step 3: Add the Resubscribe Link
In the unsubscribe success message settings, you will now have an option to add a resubscribe link.
Edit the unsubscribe success message to include a message like, "If you unsubscribed by mistake, click here to resubscribe."
Hyperlink the word "here" to the resubscribe action that will remove the email from the Do Not Disturb (DND) list.
Step 4: Test the Functionality
Create a test contact in your system.
Send the campaign to this dummy contact.
Open the email and click the unsubscribe link to see the unsubscribe success message.
Click the resubscribe link in the success message to ensure it works correctly.
Step 5: Verify in DND Section
Go to the contacts section and check the DND list to verify that the test contact has been removed from the DND list after clicking the resubscribe link.

Testing: Always test the resubscribe functionality with a dummy contact to ensure it works as expected before rolling it out in live campaigns.
Customize the Message: Tailor the resubscribe message to be friendly and reassuring, encouraging users to opt back in if they made a mistake.
Visibility: Ensure the resubscribe link is clearly visible and easy to understand for the best user experience.
Analytics: Monitor the effectiveness of the resubscribe link by tracking how many users click on it and successfully re-subscribe.
