1. Start by navigating to the settings page.

2. From settings, locate and select the 'Phone Numbers' option.

2 Click on "Phone Numbers".

3. Now, add a Twilio phone number.

3 Click on "Manage Numbers".

4. After adding a Twilio phone number. Proceed to the 'My Staff' section.

4 Click on "My Staff".

5. In the staff menu, find and click the edit button.

5 Now, click on the element.

6. Go to 'Call & Voicemail Settings' to adjust relevant preferences.

7. Finally, select the new phone number from the dropdown presented.
