CRM Action: Utilizing the 'Remove Opportunity'

To publish a workflow, you need to set up both a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without both elements, you can save the workflow, but you won't be able to publish it.

1. Select the 'Automation' option in your menu.

2. Proceed to 'Create Workflow'.

3. Next, select the 'Start from Scratch' option.

4. Add you desired action(s)

5. Choose 'Remove Opportunity' from the given options.

This action deletes an opportunity linked to the contacts in the workflow.

6. Click on your chosen pipeline, for example, the 'Free Whitening Pipeline'.

Choose the specific pipeline from which you want to remove the opportunity.

7. To finalize, 'Save Action'.

8. 'Remove Opportunity' action is added.
