CRM Action: Utilizing the 'Send Internal Notifications'

To publish a workflow, you must configure both a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without these two components, you can only save the workflow but not publish it.

1. Click ' Automation'

2. Right away, consider an option to Create Workflow.

3. Initiate by choosing to Start from Scratch.

4. Click the plus icon to incorporate an action to your workflow.

5. Select 'Send Internal Notification' action.

6. Now, select a Notification Type from the dropdown menu.

7. Select 'Email'

Enter the Name to who the email notification will be sent.

Provide the Email Address to where the notification will be dispatched.

Pick out an option for User Type.

Compose the subject line of the email notification.

Choose the corresponding template from Select Template.

Message Now, begin typing your preferred message.
